FWIW Castles is pushing the narrative that Haaland is signing for Chelsea. So either he's really in the know or really out of it.
He's not the only one pushing that narrative. Lots of talk in German media as well, and the fact that Chelsea can offer players + a sizeable fee to secure the deal whereas Dortmund simply lose him for 75m next year as his release clause becomes active

Its Kane and Grealish, job done for Pep. Immediate impact, proven Prem gladiators. We will be unstoppable......It wouldn't surprise me if these deals were all signed and sealed weeks ago.....
What makes you say that? I agree on our interest in them but it sounds too good to be true for either deal to be over the line already. I hope I'm wrong, I would love both of them in our side

the rags getting varane as it it seems!
Another Hollywood purchase they're going to make to please their fans. You know exactly why Madrid are offloading Varane despite losing Sergio Ramos, because his form has gone down and he's simply not been good enough over last 2 seasons. He is now 28, and won it all, so you could even question his drive for wanting more or being better. Now he'll go to the rags on big money with a big reputation and probably do very little of note, need this to actually happen!

Fuck me they are buying some shite.
I'd say Sancho for once is their good buy in years, probably aside from Lukaku. But it goes without saying, no matter how exciting any young player is, cannot do it in the long run without good coaching, we are safe with Ole at helm

I don't really get this - if we lose Aguero and Bernado and replace them with Kane and Grealish, I think it's a step down in quality.

I get the shiny and new and English thing, and that Aguero didn't play much last season, but I don't buy in to this idea that we're getting massive upgrades to our squad.

If anything, the starting 11 is going to look weaker on paper next season that it has since Pep's first season.

A starting XI of Ederson, Walker, Stones, Dias, Zinchenko, Rodri, De Bruyne, Foden, Grealish, Sterling & Kane looks pretty fucking good to me!
