There was talk a couple years ago of future increasing the homegrown requirement to 12 players rather than 8 in the PL (reducing foreign player allowance). Whatever happened to that, is it still an intention in the coming years or has,it never taken off?

If this video is genuinely how he feels, they were never going to keep him long. Unfortunately for Spurs, Kane came into a side on the up, believing they could win. That peaked in the CL final in 2019, and he stuck around in 2020 because Mourinho came in, and he has a reputation for winning.

It's 2021 now though, progress at Spurs has stalled, and I imagine it's only a matter of time before he forces his way out.
