Lets be realistic with their finances they'd be lucky to sign Phil Jones - they are pretty much technically bankrupt. Its all bravado - to appease the fans - I'd very much doubt Barca will make any major signings this summer - why do you think they have pulled Garcia's contract? They not only don't have a pot to piss in they have significant amounts of borrowing to repay by the end of 2021.Neymar to Barca links getting stronger and stronger too.
