Hope its after 5/6 years.If Laporte wants to leave if we can get €60-70m for him we should go straight to Sevilla and pay the €60m they want for kounde! Dias and Kounde could be an epic partnership imo and we need an extra top class CB as Stones will be Stones at some points unfortunately

Yeah fair enough, I agree with the last bit.
Thing is, we can’t just drop one of our better performers because we’re scared of losing somebody who’s been out of form for a pretty long time. Especially when the player you’d be dropping is one who thrives on confidence and that would completely destroy it.

I totally agree. I’m not saying drop Stones. For me Laporte has to fight and work hard and wait like Stones did.
I'm with you, we'd be mad to get rid of Laporte. The big reason we did so well last season was because of our strength at CB. Losing Laporte severely weakens our options and it only takes an injury to Dias or Stones and we're short again. We don't want a repeat of the 19/20 season where we're having to shoehorn Fernandinho into the back 4 due to injuries and a shortage of options.I guess I don’t mean it to sound harsh. I love Stones. Let’s hope he has the same fighting mentality that Stones and others in the squad have showed. I personally have doubts unfortunately.
