Perhaps you are right that I feel there are rules for our owner that other elite clubs do not have to bear either on the field or regarding say FFP which was designed and applied to stop the investment phase of our owner.
I was originally replying to a post involving Chelsea so posted about that owner so yes I could so easily have picked on other owners of other clubs and made remarks about sponsorship involving money laundering etc..
Like many on here I feel our owner is being criticized yet other owners are not, it is as simple as that.
Sorry if you feel Mr A the Chelsea owner is beyond criticism but my opinion is just as valid as yours on that subject as well as others.

No one is beyond criticism

Just find it strange that city fans would engage in wild conspiracy theories about rival clubs finances given what we have been subject to and would then pick on fellow city fans for saying those conspiracies are wild ? And not understand that saying wild conspiracies are wild conspiracies is not the same as defending those clubs

Look at other conspiracies for example you can think it’s nuts to think the royals killed Diana or that Israel was involved in 9/11 and not be a royalist or pro Israel

Generally it’s accepted that the burden of proof is on those making accusations

And it’s generally accepted you don’t make accusations of the nature in public forums

Also if Chelsea are up to this sort of stuff why not City or other clubs ? After all Abramovich is small fry compared to our owner yet what’s everyone saying on here that we carnt sell anyone for decent money

It's the benefit of successful loan spells, we've seen it with Nmecha now and Porro and Herrera should be sold for 20m each.

The difference between city and Chelsea is that we don’t treat players as meat, pushed through a machine to make money - city are looking for the gems and those that are not we want to make a little bit of money but also to make sure their career and future is looked after.
