Any word on Michael Ball coming out of retirement? I know VAR will be an added challenge but I think hes up to the task. We need a left back as well!

Yeah, will be interesting to see how that relationship continues, and whether or not we feel like he exploited us.
Wishful thinking but wouldn’t it be fantastic is City we’re in collusion with Mendes to suck the rags in then pull their pants down - getting them spending ridiculous amounts of money on someone they didn’t really need the Piano player springs to mind). Him and his client get a big pay day and the rags have a drain on their resources that might stop them spending big on a striker next year - giving City a clear field.
A bit fanciful, I know, but wouldn’t it be great if true!

None. Literally none. I’m still livid.

We have proven this summer that we are massively incompetent in the market. Omar Berrada and the transfer team (Txiki, Khaldoon) had months to sort out a striker and not just failed but failed miserably. Today’s humiliation to top it all off should see heads roll but it obviously won’t. Can’t imagine HRH is too impressed mind.

It’s how the Kane and Ronaldo sagas played out that’s shown our SMT to be hugely incompetent when it comes to the market.

Just pathetically bad.
Incompetent: not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully

Look at all of the players our transfer team have bought, then try to explain how they’re incompetent?

Haaland or Lewandowski would be a bonus but to be honest neither will move at this stage of the Transfer Window

Looking at this whole saga unfold I believe we are in a bloody fantastic position

We haven't just gone balls in on the last years of 2 generational talents -because we believe the amortization of the money involved was not worth it

The rags have once again made a last ditch effort to appease the fan base and sign ronaldo on a huge wage - ala sanchez...but not only that they have also an ageing Cavani on god knows what per week sitting on their bench - desperation strategy in effect

and PSG now have messi on huge wages per week as well

We have class quality in our squad and at a young age as well

I wouldn't be surprised to hear reports that the rags cant offload wages next summer to reinforce

Happy days

I am saying a transfer can happen before the window closes.

I am saying the club has not given up.

I am saying, strap on your big boy pants, you bunch of pathetic, Twitter loving, Blue cunts.
Hope its not a panic buy. I would rather wait one year for haaland but knowing city we won't go near him. I feel like we missed out on a great cheap option in Patson Daka.
