I can understand why Torres would want to move to Barcelona. He will have the opportunity to return to his homeland, close to his family, a familiar language. Except that, in Barcelona he could be easily a starter and they believe that Xavi can bring them back to the days of glory. Any deal that is under 60 million or a direct swap with FDJ and that would be a bad deal for City ,in my opinion.
