I can't see AC Milan trying to sign him (which they apparently are), without them knowing if he'd be open to a move or not.

It seems amusing that any new buyer is apparently going to have to provide funds for a new stadium as part of any sale.

The current owners are dictating the future direction of a business they are taking profit from.

Just as Kraft said one thing and did another during the Cadbury purchase I would fully expect whomever takes over and buys the club to either do a Kraft, or simply say fuck off we will invest in a new stadium when we (the prospective owners) deem it reasonable to do so.

I have never heard such a load of old tripe as I have from Liverpool recently.

The preferred bidder status Broughton and Barcap are willing to confer on one of the many interested parties s is likely to turn out to be 'the only bidders'.

And finally what would you think if you were a billionaire willing to buy Liverpool, which is basically as deep in the poo as any club can be and a distressed sale, and you are being lectured about how to run the business once it is yours?

Sorry I'm on a roll here... it's my birthday and I've had a couple already. I wouldn't be surprised if RBS haven't already got some of their guys in; managing covenants and frankly an administrator is a distinct possibility some time soon. Huang probably saw this when doing his DD... wouldn't be surprised if they're behind with HMRC too and we all know how pissed off they are with football right now so they might act.
