I'd say Rashford is a more sure bet than Grealish as well, and even then villa weren't interested in his £40mil clause and Barca are nervous enough to only risk a loan for now

Rashford younger, far bigger name. Can actually score goals and assist. Grealish is a 100k/ week player in 300k/ week. No club is going to pay 30-40M + accept his wages. Jack's issue is his wages, I'd imagine a lot more clubs would take him if he was on 150k a week.

The lad is toxic - no club interested at anywhere near the investment required. We are stuck with him until we agree to pay somebody to take and pay almost all his wages which will be agreed on the last day of the window.
The influencer style photos he keeps posting of him training are absolutely toe curling - but that is the levels he has dropped to.
Just think he doesn't have the hunger anymore, he's won everything. Some players can go again and want more , some are happy with what they've won.
