I know people don't want to contemplate it, but we must start looking for a KDB successor, who isn't getting any younger.

Nobody is in Kev's class, but Grealish would certainly be a smart buy, as City want to increase their homegrown core.

KDB with his skill he can play at top level till he is at least 34 probably depend on his body with injuries he has had.

There was something about Grealish not having a release clause but a gentlemans agreement with the owner that he could leave only to a champions league club for a reasonable price.
