I don't know why people expect anything else. Nobody cared about us in 2010 after the takeover but before we won a trophy. On the hit the ground running thing, I don't expect him to. Most players take at least 6 months to get used to Peps way and I expect Grealish to be the same. i think most Blues have accepted this is how it is too
