It’s not happening, we don’t have the budget to accommodate for starters, not with what we are looking at, secondly, he isn’t remotely good enough to get in our midfield, not with his expectation to play weighed against price...

It doesn’t make sense on any level, not with the price and overstock we already have.... as @gordondaviesmoustache stated, the world is awash with Chinese whispers!

That’s not true though is it.

He might not be an upgrade on what we have but he certainly holds his own when compared to the likes of Foden, Bernardo and Gundogan.

I’d also take him in a wide forward position over Torres and Jesus as well.
