The thing about rumors is that yes, some of them are simply made up, but there are others, if you know where to look, based on who’s reporting and what’s being pushed, considering a context, that do say something and you can read implicitly on what it means. For instance, that story the other day that “City has moved on to Kane because they think Haaland will cost too much”. Someone is pushing that and there is something being said and attempted between the lines. If you wanna swallow stuff like that at face value, then you’re correct, it will be just baseless and useless. But it can be of use if you’re not that stupid

So you obviously know where to look please translate that for me who we signing
Haaland and Grealish still the favourites ?

I don't think you've thought that through. Grealish is presently at Villa and with all due respect to Villa neither Jesus or Sterling would go near them. I'm fairly confident that Spurs would fall in to the same category for the 2 named players at least.

I would give up neither for either. We'd be selling low on Sterling and Gabby is going to get better.

I think villa will let Grealish go they have some very good youngsters coming through, the one that hit the post yesterday looked very decent
