This is the point. He's not a defensive player. In an advanced role he's not as good as Foden, Bernardo, Mahrez, Torres, or KDB. So where will he play for us. He didn't do anything in the games against City this season. I think he's a good player but not the right fit for City at present.

Have to agree with you there. Though I’ve not seen Torres yet. but Grealish doesn’t get in above the rest. Can’t stand the diving and I don’t think he’s the type of personality we want at the club. The agenda would only ramped up with this fucker running around on the jolly post match.

Quality player. Takes 3 players out of a game with his dribbling, can pass a ball through the eye of a needle, score goals and he's a grafter. He can play anywhere along the front line and in central midfield. He's got a good footballing attitude and he's clearly got leadership qualities. The lad saved Villa from relegation almost on his own at times.

Him or Aouar for me, I'd take both. Either or. Both very technically very gifted players who would improve under Pep.

United won European Cups with 5+ British players in the team - reality suggests we should scrap the Barca-lite project and go back to basics, especially as the original Barca have done fuck all in Europe for 5 years either.

Villa have no need to sell and would rinse us for their best player.
