He didn't. That's neither here nor there. The complaints was that he'd be Messi if he scored more. Not scoring enough just made him Dave. One of the greats. But not the Greatest.

I suppose I see him more as a Central focus type player rather than a team player. But I guess that's not anti-Pep.
