Even though he stole another goal from Sterling scored his goal finally, todays match put me off Kane even more.

I know his record is amazing but I just see how often he wants to play where our 8s play, how he has zero threat in behind and I just feel everything lines up for him to fail just like many other 100m transfers - Griezmann, Dembele, Coutinho, Hazard etc.

I see Grealish and think, yep, go right ahead he is a 100m player that will slot right in.

Here's hoping, Harry is simply too immobile for us, no pace, flat footed and physically looks shot.

He is not the player I thought he was, once he had wonderful work rate and pressing, that seems to have evaporated.

He is looking old as a player already, especially a 100m player.

Kane has to drop deep in this England team or he would never see the ball. It does not create chances. We don't like to admit it as England fans but we are the most boring team in the tournament. No other team would leave out attacking talent like Foden, Mount and Grealish.
