Well there’s quite a bit of missing context like dragging himself and Barca through the courts to make it happen.
It wasn’t as simple as him saying no he doesn’t want to come.

Which is why it would have ended up in court, one side believed one thing the other side believed another. If I remember the Spanish F.A sided with Barcelona, so the only way to get his registration would be through courts. We don’t know who’d have won because he didn’t want to take it to court.

It was the president or whatever who he had issues with which caused this wasn’t it? He’s since left
