I would have loved to Grealish against us though,it would have made for a better game.

Would have been a good indicator for Walker/Cancelo to see how they'd fair vs Neymar. Similar in how they breeze past players and buy fouls

Yes, but we will score more goals against packed defences. What impresses me most about him for Villa is how good he is against established defences. Plays the game at whatever pace he wants. I give him 3 games and the blues that dont want here will love him

Amen. Grealish would be a fantastic addition as a player and allow Sterling and Jesus to play inside more. Not sure of his character, but in terms of footballing ability and playing style, he suits our current system.

Character matters because of squad harmony and the dressing room dynamic but I'll trust Pep and the others to assess that. The England lads will have seen how he is during the international matches and can probably make an assessment as well.

Iv got a mate who’s a Villa fan and knows a player or two. They said Grealish is really popular lad, very funny and likeable. He does daft things but it comes across as the loveable clown rather than anything else. He’s very serious about his football though and wants to win.

I’d personally be very happy with him coming in, not sure where he would play now fodens come to the fore but I’d rather him be playing for us than going to a rival. Could really give United or even Chelsea a spark they don’t currently have.
