I am giving my reasoning why we shouldn't sign Grealish (who is currently injured and has missed a crucial part of the season) when we already have players who are just as good in the first team and the in acadaemy(who can provide cover and can be blooded gradually to replace the current first teamers in the future). Grealish had started his career in the same mannerYou don't start to blood a player who is as good as Grealish already.
