We're a completely different kettle of fish, unlike anything he's ever experienced. His game is to hog the ball as much as he can, give it away reluctantly (to his teammates) and thus slowly, and look pretty - all in a mid-table team (at best).

Lots of nice little flicks and tricks, no look passes. Great stuff for Youtube..... not so much for a team with our level of talent and yearly ambition. We sign him and he's going to be in for the shock of his life, realising he's not the talisman or allowed to hold onto the ball as much as he usually does.

Remember the hostile receiption they gave Delph

was a bit less hostile when we went back later in the season for the cup game and battered them in front of 17 villa fans in attendance
 
I'm just concerned about who is leaving to accommodate. Rumours are to get him and Kane for over £100m apiece means we will have to lose two to comply with FFP and that concerns me because I can't think of anyone we have that we would want to lose that is worth a good amount of cash anyway.

I doubt we want to lose Bernardo but if the player has made clear he's ready to leave then so be it. I'd expect the fee for him to be in the region of 60-70m
Then there are the fringe/loaned players who we are selling as well as Sanes fee which is added to this year's accounts.
This deal is easily achievable, though personally I agree with others that 100m is steep.

Whilst I don't think, currently, he's as good as some make out I wouldn't mind paying that much just for the piss boiling alone.

It's the best part of the transfer window.

Plus it's not my money so balls to it.

Same, he has had a really good season and has been preferred over Bernardo for most of it. I think Bernardo is likely the only one moving to make way and I really thought after being dropped in the latter stages of the season, Sterling but after starting the CL league final and doing well so far in the Euro's I'm not sure anymore. Can't see Jesus going, we need two recognized strikers imo.

@twosips / @BillyShears have you considered releasing the audio of these Youtube chats?

I'd listen to them but I do all my listening when working, driving or at the gym, watching a video isn't really easy for me, and I assume I'm not the only one (although who knows maybe I am). With Ahsan's existing podcast feed you've already got the perfect place to put them, good content for 9320 listeners and I'm sure it'd drive traffic to Steven's YouTube channel
