Jacob Rees-Mogg’s new rules

The vast majority of the nation do value tradition, morality, equality and fairness. Hence the referendum result.

Not for one minute would i ever equate the result of a referendum with those traits, because those traits are unmeasurable, they are not quantifiable in any form.

I do think the referendum was a vote for tradition, a vote for equality, fairness and that many saw the EU as a bulwark against those values. The EU walked roughshod all over the democratically elected government of Greece and mandated that the Greek people be imposed with crippling debt repayments. People looked at the gravytrain lives of the Kinnocks and saw how the EU actively mitigates for such people. And, rightly or wrongly, many people perceived the EU as being a huge catalyst for the diluting of Britain’s judo-christian traditions through freedom of movement. They saw and see the EU as being unequal, unfair, immoral and actively undermining of a country’s “traditions”.

I think that is a very fair point, whether its actually the case is another point of course. Because there is an argument that can be made that the vote was against our traditions of democracy, equality and fairness.

That is why i don't think they are quantifiable as they are perceptions not based on reality but on influence from others.

It appears religious tolerance only applies to non Tory MPs, fellow city fans playing the moral card is quite amusing. People like to turn a blind eye when it’s in their interest but when someone isn’t on your side the character assassination can begin. The hypocrisy is breathtaking.

I'm not sure who we are turning a blind eye too Although I've a feeling you maybe going down our owner's route, if so, same rules apply.

A lot of the regulations in the EU regards product specifications and rules to be taken into account by engineers as well as standards for various measurements. When it regards the interchange of say design plans for realisation between the EU and the UK it must be noted that "significant mistakes have been made" before due to confusion between metric and imperial measurements.

I have to admit, I apply a similar approach when writing emails and reports. When colleagues ask for my views in emails, reports, briefings and presentations, I too suggest removing most of those listed in the OP. One of my team writes in an emotive way (e.g. 'huge', 'large', 'massive' and 'very'). It's not appropriate as much of our work is politically (and 'Politically') sensitive and our role is to provide professional advice and guidance. It's irritating as I have highlighted it in a number of documents he has produced but he continues to do it. I am reluctant to impose a house style where i go into such detail. I would see that as deskilling him and the rest of the team.
