So if the rest of them that miss out on bieng Transitionned won't go on loan(for whatever reason) what do you do with them?

What they will be getting would be the chance to learn and improve in and around the first team, they would still have to prove themselves and play there way into the first team.

Assuming Sane's gone, there isn't a better replacement available on the market.

Obviously understand any feelings of not wanting to spend big on a player we already sold etc, but if we're speaking just on ability it's a no-brainer.

We’ve got players like Bernardo, Jesus and Mahrez who cannot hold down a regular position in our side, a youngster like Sancho would have had no chance of progressing at the same rate as he currently has.

That's a problem of our own making, though. We sign £50m players for rotation roles, which is something that needs to stop if we ever want to afford the development that is required for academy players to become stars.

It underlines my belief that inverted wingers do not work and cause a significant imbalance in our team as a whole, it negatively affects both attack and defence. What is failed anyway, think I saw we are 11 points down on this point last season, most of which I’d put down to Laporte. We can still win 3 trophies 4 with Peps shield. So hardly a failure.
