Can’t see us going in for him tbh as we have more pressing priorities first. Remember our defence needs to be addressed and whether we like it or not we have to make up 20 plus points on the dippers . Think we can get through a season before we replace sane .

Liverpool can't have another season like this, we've seen the season after effect on a couple of occasions. Combine that with the sheer amount of luck, questionable decisions and the likes of Salah and Mane maybe thinking they need another challenge after winning everything and I don't think they'll get close to this season's points total.

We have the option to match the highest bid, less 15% sell on clause, that's it.

World class for me means the player has talent and has proven it for atleast 2 seasons, on a regular basis, with sancho it is difficult to say he is world class because he has only played the last 2 years but i think with how many assists and goals he gets.

Still think a quality CB is more important, but he's arguably the best obtainable player with the highest potential. He seems to play mostly RW; I think he can play anywhere across the front, but wonder if he'd play LW for us, or if Sterling would. I guess they'd float.

Sale of Sane (expected) £10 million profit
Sane wages (widely reported) £4.7m P/A
Sane pred wage increase (for 2 years) £4.7m P/A
Price of Sancho (Estimated) £100 million
15% discount = £15 million
All a bit speculative I know but we are £50 million plus in the black. People are raving about Havertz but we’d be getting a better player with better stats, club trained, in a position where we need a replacement & for half the price....what’s not too like??

I dont think we have any idea what players are on cannot remember the last time his wages other similar players seem to be on a lot more than that but I do not believe the figures.

To put it into perspective, that 140M is equivalent to their match day income for the remainder of this season and next season. Seeing we don't know when fans will be allowed back and in what numbers, I'd say it's bullshit that the could spend 100M plus on one player.
