He's a ridiculously productive player, especially for one of his age. If he stays there long term I'd be surprised if he didn't end up looking a bargain. It would be silly to suggest he's not a good signing IMO.

The only thing I would say, is it is not necessarily a signing in an area of need - they've got quite a few similar players who play in similar positions, and this will likely stunt Greenwoods growth given they've also kept Cavani.

I believe that he used to do a bit of roofing, should come in handy at the Old Toilet..

The thing with the rags, is that they recently have been massively successful, in making once decent players, into duds, so there is no given that Sancho will turn out to be a world beater in their system. Sanchez, Pagbad, Martial and Maguire haven't actually achieved much, and Fernandez has massively dropped off his perch.
