Edit: What are the rules on how far back you go on VAR? Genuinely curious, atleast 3/4 passes/shots went by since that foul.

I obviously don't understand the rules but it still feels like justice given that it should have been a free kick in the first place.

It is a foul for sure, can't really dispute that.

But how many fouls/tackles go forward that don't get called, obviously this was ONLY checked because there was a goal. This doesn't seem like fair use of the technology?

Also, I don't think it had any bearing on the goal, to me, the correct decision would be to give a yellow after the goal.

I thought he has looked quite average tbh and very quiet.

That being said neither of these teams can defend at all, Dortmund is so shambolic.

I'd take Bailey. Wasn't on fire last season and he's had a few injuries in this one but he's changed the game since he's come on here.

He plays that "Sane" role very well, quick left footed winger playing wide left.

If we lost Sane, I would love to bring him in, Sterling can go back to RW (although I don't think that is his biggest problem), with Bernardo (and sometimes Mahrez) going midfield.

He's quick, strong, confident, young, has a decent shot from distance (including free kicks) and can play on the left or right. Plus his relationship with Raheem might bring the best out of him again.

Bailey's just one of those players who I think Pep could work wonders with.
