He's in great form but isn't worth 100m.
Also, not sure he'd want to come back to City.
Let's be honest, if he'd have stayed he would have probably played in the League Cup and the odd 5 minutes in League games.
He's a fine talent but at his age maybe he'd be better staying at Dortmund and at least playing regularly

This is sadly true. You only have to look at Foden.

Agree with the latter, he's made the right move, but he's easily worth £100mil. He can score, create, play in technical teams and also counter, can play either wing (and maybe false 9 in the future). Plus he's English and has massive marketability.
