they haven’t got that sort of cash at the minute mate! Sanchez will be back soon and another £250,000 a week goes into their wage bill again? According to a few on here, they took the £140m loan just to keep running and pay their bills? No way they spend without selling pogba imo

Mate the rags always spunk up cash from somewhere.

No chance Sancho returns here on KDB wages and for 100m

Although I hope you are rite.

sorry richards30 but everytime we get linked with a player he’s in your to sign list, your list changes every week like a new shiny toy, i’m not being disrespectful to you but come on lad, have your preferred choice of players but stop changing your list of 4/5/6 players you want just on articles in press mate

To put it into perspective, that 140M is equivalent to their match day income for the remainder of this season and next season. Seeing we don't know when fans will be allowed back and in what numbers, I'd say it's bullshit that the could spend 100M plus on one player.

If they dont get Champions league they ain't spending a penny..

CAS is all they have, Chelsea will pinch 4th place.

last years signings + Bruno in January & Adidas will pull more funds they are fucked.

Add the American dream Tampa Bay also losing mega bucks then Sancho ain't going anywhere near Old Trafford unless with City or Chelsea.

If they sell Pogba & Mata they may sneak somone but without Champions League forget Sancho

I am fine with him being fined every week if he is going to provide goals/assists every week as well.

20 Goals & 18 assists so far this season for 20 years old is not bad record.
I mean im not fine in him getting into trouble every week and i doubt pep will be it he sorts his attitude out he could be one of the best in the world but if notnim sorry but hes not and will struggle

Correct and Pogba won’t jump ship in this environment. Him and his greedy agent will wait for things to improve before fleecing someone else. For Pogba to get the deal he will want his fee will need to drop and that’s best facilitated by his contract running down.

He is a world class player but im more concerned about his attitude, his talent is there and pep will make him even better but he needs to sort his attitude out
For me World class means every team on the planet clamoring for his signature. A must have signing.
I still see weaknesses, one of which as you say is questionable attitude.

Even if his " attitude " is not questionable, the finances do not add up for him to come back to City from what I understand.

Pretty sure what he is reported to be currently earning, would mean that he would demand a salary which would put him at a level where he would be competing with some of our top earners, and for that reason I cannot see City sanctioning such a deal.

Putting all other considerations to one side , I believe it was @tolmie's hairdoo ruled the signing out purely down to cost.
