Scotch Bonnets, but I need a new challenge as they are no longer a satisfying burn of my nostrils.

Very interesting website, although it looks like wholesale size orders only. That smoked naga powder looks right up my street, I like chipotle but find it a bit too mild.
 
Love the fresh ones. Have some several times a week. Fried tofu, sharp cheddar and fresh jalapeño on wheat bread sandwich is still one of my go-to meals.

The pickled ones are OK but fresh out of the garden when they are still bright green is the best.
