KDB has got 18 months left max, whether we like it or not, rotating him with Wirtz whilst getting him upto speed for a season would be ideal

Phil is struggling to get game time in the middle due to KDB and he will take over that role when KDB eventually leaves.

How good is the lad from Bayern? Never really seen much from him tbh same as wirtz . Are they both better than foden in the centre ?

Personally I've never seen what all the Musiala noise is about. The odd flick & trick here & there with a couple of goals & the odd assist doesn't change that.

I honestly can't see where he'll play or who he'll challenge/replace if he ever came to City. Getting him will be as strange as us panic buying Nunes.

Wirtz on the other hand is something very very special. He's 20 & fully recovered from a serious injury that many wondered if he'd ever be able to return to his previous playing level.

Since his return he's surpassed where he was & is improving beyond the international level he's already at. The best comparison I can give is KDB. This kid is the closest thing I've seen to Ginger, he's that good at his tender age already!

I honestly can't see the Musiala/Merlin comparison. I suppose it's in the eye of the beholder, but I just don't see why he's so highly rated...

He’s very good in tight spaces and can spin out of tackles and pop balls off at will.
