Got a big mention on Sky Football Saturday, all thought he was outstanding against the Arse and was one of the most under rated footballers in the Prem by supporters. Thompson and Merson even said he would get into any team as a first pick and was a Pro's Pro. nice to hear it.

He's probably one of the fittest players in the Prem, even Silva said that he's the hardest training person he's ever trained with and he treats every session as if it's his last.

Latest inside City training in the snow all the players have tights, hats, scarfs, round there faces, gloves...etc..etc..

Jimmy Milner has shorts and a normal training top..in other words he will get warm by working hard in training.

I remember last season against blackburn at home he never came on but was doing fuckin shuttle sprints all game even after the last sub had come on. His cross field passing is superb.
