"I’ll always give 100% whether I’m having a good day or a bad day and that’s something they clearly appreciate."

This sums this guy up, Mr 100%. Any yes we do appreciate it, no fake 110% bollocks here
Good stuff. The reason why we love our Gareth, Pablo and Vincent. And the same other reason, why City's fans are divided between Mario.

in a creative/crossing sense yesterday he did have a poor game but defensively he was excellent as usual.

Id like to see him more centrally (alongside barry) replacing garcia....his work rate in that position would be invaluable and his defensive qualities are definitely equal (if not better) than garcia's)

Think he is younger than barry so when Gaz starts to wain milner could be a replacement for him

Milner could not pass water yesterday, he was dire. Putting him in Garcia position would be an absolute disaster he gives away possession far to much.

Jimmy a better option than nasri at the moment. Nasri and silva play on the same space and get on each other's way. Also nasri does not do any hard work. Milner's efforts and runs make space for silva making him far more effective. No coincidence that silva has returned to his best since Milner has been back playing

Myth. Nasri consistently runs the largest distance during a match, his defensive work has vastly improved, and is better going forward than Milner. The only problem is, as you say, Nasri and Silva occupying the same position. The best way to use Nasri is to play him deeper, but we'll never do that.

Another great and determined display. Think he should play more often. He gives 100 percent every game really wants to play for the shirt. Top man today along with zaba...!!

That's why I've been saying he will eventually take on Tevez's position in the hole behind the front striker.

Mixed the work with class v Arsenal but against Fulham and Stoke he just had the hard work in his game.

He was at RWB for a while v Stoke which didn't help but if he can become more consistent with the "technical" side of his game he will 100% start games. You can only go so far with hard work.

Look at Zaba, he is mixing the hard work with great technical displays every week.
