Don't forget the one when he bangs his head on keyboard for end of transfer period, we might need it, lol
are there any prob bets for transfer window through anyone?

I have always felt (even last season) that we need a third attacking midfielder. Someone who can come on for Silva and/or Nasri and provide the same quality.

It would be an astute move to sign David Villa if Balo does depart to Milan. If we take the current media reports, we can sell Balotelli for 24 million and sign Villa for 16. If we can walk away with a nice little profit and a player that can operate in Mancini's narrow wide man formation, then that will be sensational.

If this fails to materialise, Isco would be my next port of call. He is in the same mould as Oscar... A player who would provide a swiftness and added flair to our midfield. He could slot in well on either side of our 4-2-3-1 and his age means it is feasible to use him as a substitution more than a starter.

Either option would suffice.

Has anyone signed yet as I've been for a poo and had to charge my tab, the bastid cable wouldn't stretch....

I'm going to stay awake for the full month.

how noble of you kind sir. pm me with any news.im off back to bed

i have to commend bob and city for not making any signings that appear short term and cost the earth.

now go out and get isco and falcao pretty please.

i have to believe we will buy a top target to give us an extra push to catch and overtake united

I doubt we will make any major signings in this window, but listening to Mancini yesterday I think a loan signing to cover the departure of Razak and Yaya maybe looked at

Rodwell is injured and unlikely to be available during the ACON and Garcia has only played in half the League games because of injury

I'd like to see us sign a winger who can beat a man because so many teams are sitting deep against us, I feel a wide player who can beat a man and cross a ball - like Peter Beagrie - would be deadly. But that's easy to say and a lot harder to do

I just thought I'd pop in to see if the madness had started yet and frankly I'm a bit dissapointed. What time do the Messi/Ronaldo nutters get out of bed?

Good point, any clues as to who we could get?

I'll probably get slated but with that in mind, Stuart Downing could be worth a go for short-term. Dzeko would certainly thrive off his crosses and didn't Downing have the best assist ratio last season in the League?

He would add a much needed option to our play.

Tin-hat on!!
