January window

No true back up to Rodri, Phillips not trusted by Pep and most likely on the way out, and Stones being injured so often there's no way we can go thru January without adding a DM/pivot type. I wasn't too keen on Paulinha but I'd take him now. There are very few other realistic options at this time...

Think it’s massively unlikely. He’s not that good and we have to offload Phillips who is a bit shit and doesn’t seem to exactly be in demand. Think we will wait till the summer

A few years ago UEFA ran a paper on sustainability, it might have been one of Wenger`s nutty schemes, but all the top teams signed up to it as it was not mandatory. Good businessmen always set challenges even if those challenges are not achievable, standing still is not an option.Wages and bonuses are squad issues especially if you intend to keep winning
The FFP wage cap thing is what 60% so again where have you got the idea that City want it to be below 50 ? I bet no successful club is close to that success comes from high wages

We'll have to keep our fingers crossed big time on Rodri then because we've seen what his absence can mean...

If he signs for us prison time won’t be an issue as we have access to expensive legal representation that nobody else does, apparently
Having money won't prevent a criminal going to jail. It might mean an expensive lawyer is employed but that's the only advantage. Many a famous sports person has spent time behind bars.
