Casey superb!! Especially the bubble between the stitchingI'm sure when it was a casey, we played the ball as out when it was half a ball over the line.

It’s tight!
Maybe the camera is correctly positioned, and the reason the goal post isn't aligned correctly with the goal line is because that Japanese player has just collided with the post.It is tight but surely even that photo is slightly from the wrong angle, wouldnt the crossbar of the goal have to line up with the touchline to get the exact angle?
Exactly.
Morocco have looked pretty good and have brought a huge following, Croatia have been poor so far by their recent standards.Ironically probably a better draw in the next round I.e. Morocco rather than Croatia.
I had many a headache in junior school when that ball was wet. Felt more like a medicine ball!Casey superb!! Especially the bubble between the stitching
The ref wears a watch that is linked up to goal-line technology - when the complete ball crosses the line it tells the ref's on their watch. This has been used for quite a few years now, in the PL and abroad. This isn't new technology specifically for this world cup. We've relied on this for years. It is tight but surely even that photo is slightly from the wrong angle, wouldnt the crossbar of the goal have to line up with the touchline to get the exact angle?
