Not so sure bud. Think Tolm was referring to another load of academy outgoings similar to summer. As others have suggested, Borges and Co will likely head in Wilcox’s direction and earn us a few quid.

Genuinely don’t see any negatives with this whole scenario. Maintain good links and ensure buy back options/sell on clauses etc. if they were good enough, they’d be knocking on the first team door by now ala Rico Lewis.

Our staff retention in certain areas does raise questions - given our position and set up, buy hey, people move for all sorts of reasons..

When a business employs great people it’s no surprise that other businesses head hunt them. When I was working we used to maintain a list of the best people at our competitors so that we knew who we wanted when we had a vacancy.
