Well his price is the same like Yaya's, Silva's. If he will be that good as them it is a very good buy.

And we can sell him in two years for 4m maybe 5m. If Marwood will still be around.

Never got the impression he is a great passer, thought he's more of a Nige player. Glad we got him though.

Was his Spain debut, he's going to be conservative and that's Spains way.

Can the flappers and WUM's on here explain why they would be disappointed with signing a player who gets into the Spanish international squad?

This 100%, I seen a post last night saying we shouldn't be after him because Real and Barca don't want him and he doesn't start for Spain. The attitude of some so called City fans these days are ridiculous. Mata, Fabregas, Llorente and Reina just to name a few don't start for Spain and are still class. FFS Martinez doesn't start for Spain and there has been about 3000 posts on why we need him. From what I have seen of Javi Garcia he is no worse than Martinez and we will get him for about half of what Bayern Paid for Martinez.

Still a bit sad to see De Jong go, however if Garcia can do a job defensively and start an attack then he will be an improvemnet on Nige.
