im sorry but he cant be lacking fitness in december, hes played a few games now and has been terrible.

one thing i will say though, is people who think NDJ was a legend need to give their heads a wobble, he was limited.

If NDJ was "limited", then whats Garcia?

I need a double hip replacement and I reckon I am still quicker than him! I am all for giving someone a chance but he hasnt shown anything that would
give me any optimism that he can do a job when yaya goes to ACON !!

THIS

I cannot believe how bad our summer dealings were.

If you are the best team in the Premier League and you want to go that next step to challenge Barca and Madrid you have to wait for the right player and then spend.

Who at the club thought Sinclair, Garcia, Maicon, Nastasic would catapult us to the next level?

SINCLAIR - Did ok at Swansea, hardly set the world on fire. Aston Villa type signing.
GARCIA - Doesnt even play for his country. Was playing in a league just as bad as Scotlands. Def the worst buy of the summer.
MAICON - Hes past it. Defensively he is awful. Attacking wise he still has a little to offer but not the world beater we need in our starting 11.
NASTASIC - We have got lucky here. Hes 19 so we would have thought about bedding him in bit by bit. He was a prospect more than a regular starter. Thank god one of these turned out ok.
RODWELL - I understand hes 21 and English so take a chance but so far hes brought nothing to the table. Will reserve judgement on him though as once injuries clear up and he matures he might be ok. Not looking good though.

Portugals league is not as bad as Scotlands and to say that is laughable quite frankly.

Well to be honest mate its not that funny. If thats all you took out of that then you need to open your eyes to the bigger picture which is our summer dealings were dreadful.

Also, aren’t Celtic and Benfica in the same Champs League group? Looks like Celtic will progress. As for the rest of each league, i don’t think the gulf in class will be too different. I'll leave you to laugh away though.

Why talk about something I didn't mention. I totally agree with you by the way but you calling Portugals league the same as Scotland is fucking hysterical. Porto won CL and Uefa in recent times. Benfica always in CL. Lisbon not a bad side either, I watched them last year when we went out and they were good, especially Capel. Three good sides and a few others. Constant scouting and production of good players there whereas Scotland is a cesspit really.

Celtic defied logic beating Barca. 89-11 possession yet they won! Fair play to them and good luck tonight, lets not forget Benfics literally sold the engine room of their team too. Garcia and Witsel were good for them and now they are without. They did well last year did they not?

You don't have to make wild claims for people to agree. Your descriptions about each player was bang on although I'll say Garcia needs the whole season to decide first and Sinclair needs gametime which quite simply he wont get due to level of talent. I also said Villa type player and you can check my post history as it goes to confirm. He's better than N'zogbia and we could loan him there and sell when he does well. Maicon was a short term fix to provide cover for Richards and Zaba with Richards then covering CB. Not mad keen on Maicon at all considering he has been declining in Italy for a while but he is still world class going forward.

Personally I'd have let De Jong leave on free this year. Garcia wouldn't have been bought, Sinclair and Rodwell were bought for Quota and to replace Hargreaves and Johnson. Rodwell might become a good player but Sinclair is a mid level team at best imo. To think we spent a fortune on agents too sickens me. Lets hope that was our window was learned from and mistakes ammended.

It amuses me the way the rum kunt stands there when we are defending attacks and points to opposition players for someone to pick up (half the time its players he should be picking up the dozy twat),if it wasn`t costing us points i would find it hilarious.

I am sure Vinny is getting frustrated , you can almost see the steam coming out of his ears when Garcia hits yet another 10 yard pass to the other shirts or stands there looking bewildered as they all run past him, eventually though just like the number 48 bus in rush hour he turns up late complete with new areas to point at to help defend a corner (that was usually down to his fuck-up in the first place).

quite funny really bless him

I could have done better than he did last night in central midfield (and I'm a 49 year old solicitor)!!!
