Why is it us and not West Ham holding things up?
I think it is us. West Ham would prefer to complete it so they can have the money and time to bring replacement on time. They are waiting for us to pay the desired price that is equal to 85m as stated by many resources.
 
None of the above, actually it might be the wrong or poor negotiating strategy or technique. Offer a lower price and wait for weeks (hoping they will change their mind), then if they don't accept it, either move on or accept the defeat and pay the full price. We have seen this many times before.
Right so you think our transfer team probably one of the best paid and most respected across football,are poor at their jobs and those that pay them and work with them have never noticed, but you have and could do it better.Okay.
