Where do I sign up to be a member of a protected class under this legislation, so I can sue any **** who makes a joke, or says anything offensive about Yanks?!

That interviewer just wasn't getting it unfortinately even when he fully explains it she went down the route of context isn't a factor.

The whole point of Hardtalk is the interviewer takes the (Devil's advocate) hardline position against the subject of the interview.

It’s not that they don’t get it, they have to raise things like "context is irrelevant" to explore the issues fully. Context is irrelevant is something often said without the person claiming that fully articulating why they think that.
