He makes a lot of sense as a player we may need. There were doubts about his overall play because it is hard to judge players on their performance in the Portuguese league. As Atletico style of play really emasculates his skills so his time under Simeone should be taken with a pinch of salt. But his talent is there to see and just a little freedom that he got because Madrid were chasing the game, he managed to score a goal.

It is a shame that he will again start the next season chasing shadows under the ultra-defensive game of Spanish Burnley.
Among Haaland, Mbappe and Felix, he is the one more gettable. Considering the clubs in question, the agents, the fees and the wages.
