dont see how a player can be on loan longer than he has been with the club that own him, hope city dont let him play in any cup competitions

Jo continues Everton loan as Manchester City look to Tevez and Eto'o

Jo will spend a second season on loan at Goodison Park after convincing Everton chiefs of his fitness in a series of tests at their Finch Farm training ground yesterday.

Manchester City's Brazilian striker made a favourable impression at Everton last season and is surplus to requirements at Eastlands, with Carlos Tevez about to join Roque Santa Cruz and Robinho in a new-look strike force and manager Mark Hughes still hopeful of prising Samuel Eto'o away from Barcelona.
