And City have been negotiating with Real Sociedad for about 3 weeks. They offered €6M, which we refused (alarmingly). Now it looks like a loan with a view to purchase is the way forward, and Real want it sorted in the next 7 days. Presumably after a year loan his value will have 'amortisesed' (or what ever is the word) down to €6M. If he plays well.
