Big shots Barca want to extend the loan for another season…. Cancelo needs to be sold this summer to realise some of his value while under contract. Barca are cheeky fuckers….
I get it though. Personally I didn't take much to Cancelo but Cancelo was one of our more 'flashy' players for awhile. So I can imagine if you only just followed City 2 or 3 years ago, you might be enamored with Cancelo.
Not to say OP definitely falls in that category though.

The lack of effort for their 3rd goal was classic cancelo.
More than 20 games in and ya'll still waiting for major errors, which he hasn't commited yet, so you can come here talk shite about him. In that first goal Kounde and Araujo are more to blame than him tbh and in the second goal there are 3 Barça players for 1 and then 2 Girona players but still let them cross, Cancelo at least makes the effort and almost deflects it to the corner. Not his best game but still managed to be the player with most ground challenges won 13(9), interceptions, key passes (4), not many players can get these stats even in their best games.
This is like "BrokeBack Mountain Two"

Won’t happen but if there was a chance yes please! At some point Barca have to sell a crown jewel or two
Doubt they will let go of Balde.. He is their future along with other youngsters at the team, while Cancelo is close to his 30th Bday.. It would be foolish to swap him with Balde who is 10 years younger and has full career ahead of himself.. But you never know in football..

If needs must. It seems there's little love lost between Tebas & those involved in the ESL, whom he sees as trying to destroy Spanish football.
