Joe Hart (continued)

Joe needed refocusing and that is exactly what has happened, there was never any doubt about his ability and how good a keeper he is it was about sorting him out mentally and ensuring he was ready for every game with his concentration level at maximum....the only thing Joe needs to sharpen up on from a playing point of view is his distribution and by that I mean speeding up his rolling out and throwing of the ball to get us underway quicker when breaking...nice to see him back in the sticks and performing at the level required when needed, especially when he spends long periods like yesterday standing and watching

How many goals have we scored by moves started from the quick distribution of our keepers?
I hear the arguments & understand the logic but feel people maybe missing one key component ... the other 10 players, their movement is pretty none existent on most occasions they will amble upfield as though on a leisurely countryside stroll straight into a cluster of opposition players. You can see the frustration on Joes face at times just willing someone to run into some space.
When there is the chance to play it quick both keepers generally take it.

Watching Liverpool on MOTD tonight and their goalie again, after this weeks game against us, plus yesterday's performance by JH, am totally convinced that we do have a fantastic keeper and is worth so many"goals" per season for us, cos of the amount he saves us.
And on the point that every game so many barstewards near me complain about , regarding corners and punching.....it is his coaches, all continental, that train him to punch, not cqtch!!!!
Give the guy a break, he saved at least 3 goals yesterday,

Really pleased to see a steady improvement since he came back. Another couple of games without incident and we'll be in good shape come the second half of the season. I still feel until he's got a settled back four in front of him there's going to be the odd moment of hesitation - the key is keeping Vinny and Zabba fit and playing. It's his shirt to lose now, and I've a feeling after losing it once he'll be in no rush to let it happen again. Fair play to him.

Yes we do have a fantastic keeper, but it wasn't like that just a few short months ago, he was then a liability, too many mistakes didn't do his job like he can, but yesterday and since he as been back he as been excellent, he as been the keeper we had under Mancini, the rest would appear to have been good to Joe.

All keepers make mistakes. Joe has just conceded a few more the normal in a short space of time. People forget that he was considered to be one of the top keepers in the world. He will get back to that level, im sure of it.
