I agree that is a problem and applies throughout the squad. Every player needs to feel he has the confidence of the management to be given his chance together with the backing to stay in the team if he's playing well and the team is winning. We did not win at Sunderland and Costel did not look good against Spurs but my argument is that doesn't matter, he shouldn't be picked ahead of Hart in the first place. Hart is demonstrably the better keeper over a long period and his presence in the team increases our chances of winning games.
