If the club don't manage to sign another 'keeper and we continue the season with Caballero and Hart, will everyone be happy for the second best 'keeper to continue to start?
Probably not but you never know. Willy can only improve with a run of games.

Bit of a loaded question. What I think your asking is would people be happy if Willy started. For me, whoever Pep icks is the better keeper.

Fucking hell, it's like the Yaya thread. Far too much hate from some, and others need to realise that it's a new start for the club and some old players will have to move on - regardless of how long they've been here, and how much some fans love them. Fuck knows what will happen once Silva gets dropped for Gundogan - Ric will have to phone the Samaritans to get someone monitoring the thread!

If the manager doesn't fancy him, then he'll move on. I'll remember him as a club legend. From my point of view, he cared about the club and showed it. Don't know what the stuff is about a smashed telly, I'm just stunned that Yaya or Kolarov haven't been blamed! Mind you Kolarov is now rehabilitated!
Haha! Soon as I saw your name I knew you'd be bringing Silva into it.
Yaya getting dropped and Dave being captain must have had you scratching your head..
As one of Silvas biggest fans I'd have no problem with him playing less if a better player is brought in.

About time blueplan gave us his thoughts. If anybody knows the score its him.. :-)

It's not superior though, at a questionable push it would be like being the least fattest kid at fat camp.

It appears it's more Caballero's willingness to distribute the ball differently more so than his ability to do so. On Saturday he did nothing impressive in that regard and in pre season he stunk it up kicking wise.

Hart is the better overall 'keeper between the two; no debate at all, sorry. If they are the two options going into the season after the window closes, would everyone be OK with the lesser of the two playing week in and week out?

Because when Bony played ahead of Iheanacho it wasn't pretty on here.
I think you know that if Pep wasnt the manager, most would opt for Joe. The requirements of that position have significantly changed (and you know that too), so not sure what your question is looking to achieve other than start another round of meaningless debate about who is the better keeper when were actualy comparing the person to the role and not the person against the other
