You're trying to derail the conversation now by talking about United players. Not getting involved with that.

I appreciate what Hart has done for us but he owes us a lot more than we owe him.

3 managers have now wanted rid of him (even Mark Hughes wasn't convinced as he signed Shay Given).

Rival fans think he is a liability for us because he is poor on his near post.

I didn't like it when he bollocked a 20 year old Nastasic away at Chelsea trying to cover his own mistake, I don't like it when he laughs as he picks the ball out of his net.

Been a great keeper for us but hope he leaves this window for his own sake otherwise he'll be having a long season in the reserves.

Some of you need to ask yourselves whether you support City or whether you support Hart/Kompany/Yaya FC.

why can't you support both ?? nothing wrong with questioning or not liking decisions. you dont have to accept everything just because pep decided so. ( i know he's more qualified then me to judge btw ;``)

Definitely played a part. There was don't sell Joe hart chants in Mary dees etc people were pissed off.

We braced ourselves for changes with Yaya and Zaba possibly but not this
So what? There were chants of "stick your Pellegrini up your arse" at Wembley when wigan beat mancini's team yet 6 months later it was party time as Pellegrini's team was twatting in the goals every week.

I don't think he owes us anything nor do we owe him.
He entered into a contract with us - it's a mutual agreement. Both sides will honour that contract, it will just be concluded early (but still fully honoured)

I don't think you can just put our affection for Joe down to him being here for the journey and being English. He has constantly strived to maintain a relationship with the fans and could not have shown us any more respect. I love aguero for what he's done for City in footballing terms. Same with Silva. But they are both players who prefer to concentrate on their football. Which is fine, we need those type of players. But you can't possibly put them in the same sentence as Hart, Kompany and Zabaleta in terms of a genuine rapport with fans. And they are essential for the progression of our club in my opinion.

Your comments regarding similarities between Keane and Terry as you say are hard to comment on as we simply don't know. But I will say that Joe seems to love our club and love playing for us. It would be both sad and stupid to let him go so easily in my opinion.
Your whole post is just needy sentimental mush. What is this rapport you keep alluding to. What matters is what they do on the pitch. It wouldn't bother me if they went straight down that tunnel at the end of a match without so much as wave to the fans provided they had just given their all for 90 minutes and given the opposition an arseholing to remember. This sentimentality is just about the need to be acknowledged for the ticket you buy every week or the season ticket you buy every year. What matters is how they perform and what they win, everything else is a sideshow. If Pep can get this squad into a lean, mean, invincible fighting unit, I don't think many will complain too much about Joe Hart not being there to clap them at the end of the match. Or if it bothers people that much perhaps we could ask the club to retain Joe on £150,000 a week and he could come onto the pitch and clap the fans regardless of whether he played or not.

Hart is,was,and always will be a ****.

Influential in getting Mancini sacked. One of the few that didn't seem too arsed trying for pellers, coming on the big man with a fucking ball boy, the shit house wanker.

Should have been fucked off 4 years ago.

If Pep gets rid of this cancer I don't care if we finish 15th this season, he'll be manager of the season to me.

I have no idea of the reasons why he doesn't seem to want Hart. Maybe Guardiola doesn't feel Hart's capable of playing the way he wants him to, maybe Hart doesn't want to play that way or isn't willing to listen/change, maybe Hart has an attitude problem, maybe Guardiola wants him to learn under Bravo for a season or so and Hart doesn't fancy that as it might cost him his England place, maybe they've had a fall out etc. We can all hazard a guess as to why but none of us really knows for sure.

Ultimately though, it's the manager's call and there's not much point chasing Guardiola all this time and then not giving him the tools he wants for the job.

At the end of the day I support the club, not individual players, so if Hart's stays, I'll happily continue to support him, if he goes, I'll happily support whoever replaces him. I suspect there'll be more fan favourites (rumoured to be) leaving over the next 12 months or so and no doubt there'll be similar angst each time but we have to trust/hope that the manager's decisions take us forward as a club. I suspect that they will.

What a fuckin prick you are ...show a bit of respect or fuck off back to the swamp .

Lol. Spit it out. You're saying it while trying not to be seen saying it. I agree with you by the way. It was one of Ferguson's greatest strengths. It was his way or the highway. A manager must always be in charge, the other way round is the road to hell.

I can't! because what I think and what I know are two very different things.
I mean we're all speculating about reasons why and most are putting forward very plausible possibilities, but at the end of the day, we could ALL be wrong, and Pep just doesn't like him because his wife fancies him! we don't know.

I'm happy to tell you what I suspect though -

I SUSPECT Pep's not all that impressed with his keeping - thinks he's decent, but he can buy better. He's probably met him and found him disagreeable (to Pep) and there might be another more serious issue (that I won't go into). Pep's not got time to mess about with all that, so he's out. It sets an example, but he's only making an example because in Pep's eyes it deserves to be made.
There's no 'issue' in as much as no personal grudges etc, he's just decided he wants attributes A, B + C in a player and thinks Joe only has A, D + E. Clinical decision and he's gone.
