What the hell are you on about? I like Joe - done well for us but we have a great manager who we have to trust who thinks he can sign better players - he sees Joe in training and in person and is renowned as a world class coach so he can sign or sell who he sees fit. It is not for you or me or Joe Hart to say who he can or cant sign.

Can you please explain why i am hypocrite in your eyes? as i am not getting you at all?

Is he decent or better than that ?,now there is word of a replacement in the wings, answer this then truthfully, what were your thoughts when Willy was on the teamsheet for Sunderland match on Saturday..........go on tell me your first thoughts

its not everyone, but i can't believe some people on here are saying he isn't good enough, when he's proved for years he is

If we were set up to playing how we were playing for those years, then I expect most on here would say he is certainly good enough.

You must surely understand by now that when people are saying he isn't good enough, its because of the way we will be playing, not how we used to play

errrm im not confused. i agree there are reasons not football related and maybe they did want him out, but I'm saying he proved those managers wrong and showed how good he is. whats hard to understand ?

We don't know if he proved them wrong or not, because we don't know what Mancini or Pelligrini claimed in order to be proven 'wrong'.
All we know is that we still had success with him, we don't know if we would have had even more or perhaps less success without him.
I don't think any manager has indicated he's no good - only that they thought he, or another keeper could do better. He's proved nobody wrong.

he is a 7 or 8 out of ten keeper dependent on form. (currently 7)

I thought Wily is not as good as Joe but i cant wait to see my team and the new system and welcome our new manager and that Joe is probably going so has seen his arse so we have to make do with Willy (who won us a trophy last year and is a sound chap) until the new guy arrives. I would imagine 51000 people probably thought along similar lines.

OK mate,sound

because he showed he was good enough for us and one of the best in the league. mancini wanted rid of hart before we won the league and wanted begovic

Mancini wanted to make us better and that means sometimes with replacing very good players with excellent ones. Nobody is saying Hart isn't a very good keeper but if the manager thinks there are better options out there for the way he wants to play, then he should be supported in doing that. Otherwise we would just stand still or go backwards as we have done over the last couple of seasons. Making those decisions is necessary for progress and, as others have said, it perhaps involves issues other than purely football ability as well.

Ultimately it's the manager's decision based on what he thinks is best for the team and club. Yaya's time looks to be nearly up with us as well and no doubt over the next few seasons other fan favourites will be heading out of the club too.

Nope, don't think so anyway, but there are plenty on here, like I say there is gonna be a split
Over Hart? Would be disappointing if you let one player spoil what an incredible opportunity we have. For me, could take or leave Hart - certainly not a complete keeper, with technical and physical deficiencies that simply can't be ironed out. The surprise, I grant you, is that it wasn't the first position I thought needed strenghening - so I also think there could be non football issues that Pep wasn't keen on. Why let it spoil the ride - this isn't Pelle or Hughes making a decision - this is the best of the best.

Was Given NOT good enough for us then? - because Hart replaced him.
In reality most players are good enough for a while, and then they aren't - because they deteriorate eventually, or the team gets better at a faster rate than the player does, or simply because we have a change in tactics and that player is no longer a good match.

If you play long ball, Andy Carroll might be your man. If you then choose to play it on the floor, he's not the right man any more. Being a good player/keeper and being the right man for the right job are two different things.

We have been 'one of the best' teams in the League in recent years, and we've been pretty poor in Europe. We really aren't phenomenal and we're no match for Bayern, Barca or Real Madrid. We only just made 4th in the PL last season. We're very good, but not world beaters. Joe is very good, but not a world beater.

Put Aguero on the transfer market and watch probably 3 of 4 of the top 5 clubs show interest.
Put Hart on the transfer market and it's a different story.
