Hi Karen. Don't normally respond twice to the same post but I have just thinking a little more on your post.

If, as everyone is saying, Joe is a top Pro, surely he would be expecting to be dropped on his form alone as that's the nature of their business.

If he thinks he is being wrongly done for being dropped, then he mustn't have a good opinion of the manager, who is simply doing his job correctly

So, I'm struggling to see how Joe has been treated poorly.

That's probably not as clear as I want it to be, but hopefully, you get the gist.
There is another way of looking at it though. I have no way on knowing what Joe feels about this but a not unnatural reaction might be, that he has given the best years of his career to the club, he has had a clear dip in form but isn't getting the opportunity to do anything about it. I'm not saying Pep shouldn't be doing exactly what he is doing because thats in the clubs best interests but I can understand why Joe might be feeling pretty bruised.

Thanks,i don't think he has been treated poorly but all i've said is that i feel sorry for him being forced out as he loves it at city,i see a guy being forced out of the club aftet 10yrs although he doesn't want to be.I am the sort of person who see's people not what they earn or have,it's the nurse in me i guess.Having seen how we played last week i can totally understand why bravo fits us better and needs to be no 1,but i am also sad for joe and i've hated a lot of the get rid type posts, there is no need to say anything but thanks and good luck

So pep decided to hold on the gk coach from previous season but doesn't rate the goalies .
Why he didn't bring his favorite gk coach ? Just curious .

I can't remember where I read it, but I'm sure I read Guardiola talking about goalies and he said he leaves the actual goalkeeping side of thing to the goalkeeping coaches and he works with the keepers with regards to footwork and how they fit in tactically. If we're to believe the problem with Hart is entirely to do with his ability to play out from the back rather than shot stopping, I guess it's possible Guardiola could be satisfied with the goalkeeping coaches but still not happy with Hart can offer on the footballing side of things?
