I like Joe but hope he doesn't play tonight.See nothing to be gained from him playing.
Media will be all over it,highlighting the poor Joe treatment and the Joe must stay supporters.
Can't see a problem what so ever with him playing in what looks like his last ever game for us,even the most pessimistic fan would think the tie was put away last week.So why not give him a decent send off to wherever he'll end up, as for the Media if i cared what they have to say about City i'd be following a shitty outfit from a neighbouring town.

What happens if he played tonight and did everything right thecway pep wants it with his feet.....

I wonder if some people are a little bit worried about that possible scenario?

First time for everything I suppose.
Joe is leaving.Accept it.
New manager comes in and a fans favourite leaves because new manager thinks he can get better.
Not like nobody hasn't noticed his short comings for the reason Pep has not played him.
Happens all the time.

Hope Joe plays and plays well

And when game finishes he gets the applause he rightly deserves and leaves with our best wishes

Then we move on.

Remember us selling Owen and Barnes in the 70's and was gutted when Kinky left but no player is bigger than the club.

The thing is, is that none of us know what has gone on behind the scenes and we probably never will.
All we can do is to accept Peps decision and to thank Joe for everything that he has done for us and to wish him well for the future.

No it isn't the correct response. He may not agree with the sentiment but there's no need for personal abuse.

Thank you Prestwich why attack other fans for stating their own opinions? The whole world can see that Hart has been getting worse and not one of us have minimised his achievement.
No amount of lashing out at us will change the fact that the manager does not trust him nor think he is good enough. No teams in for him it could be 15 minutes till the end of the transfer
window if Aguero or another world class player became available teams would flood to him. The fact that not even the new continental big powers are showing any sort of interest shows
we are blinded by loyalty.

This is a man that got rid of Dinho, Eto, Deco, Ibra, Yaya and still went to win it all Joe Hart is not a patch on ANY of those players. He was just a good keeper who did a good job for us.

There's more room in teams for our field players though. Keepers a set position. All the clubs that could match Joe wage are set in that position

i have been one of Joe's biggest fans, being a GK myself i know how bloody hard it is!

Ive constantly said during the last few years that there isnt another keeper in the world i would rather have in goal for us other than Joe, but if our manager believes he can improve the team without Joe in it, then we must believe and trust in our manager. time will tell if he was right or wrong.

If Joe goes then he will get my thanks and eternal blessing for being one of our club legends. The key to a good team is to have a strong spine running through it, and we had it starting at the back with Joe.

10 years service, plenty of ups and a few downs, but plenty of silverware to boot, not too shabby for £600,000!

I will be sad to see him go, and my son is absolutely devastated as Joe is his hero, but in Pep we believe (apart from my son who doesnt like Pep anymore now)

All the best Joe.
Fuck off butterfingers.
